  This is the third year I have had the pleasure of dealing with The Great Escape in Strongsville. Three years ago I bought and had my pool installed by Great Escape , at that time the store was in N. Olmsted. They have been very diligent and helpful. I have never been pressured into buying anything and the sales persons have always been courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with. My contact person is usually Brian, however I have never had a bad experience dealing with any of the employees. Keep up the GOOD WORK, it is greatly appreciated.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Constantly harassed and hazed due to the clothes I was wearing not even by the sales personel but but the manager and assistant manager are completely incompetent as well as inflating prices I will be doing all my shopping where I get treated like a person.
