  Worst experience! My son went in Thursday to try on his pants and shirt pants were way too small so we had to pick up another pair friday l. He went tp put them on 2 hours before his dance and there is a huge hole and rip in the crouch!!!! WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

  This location is abysmal. The manager lied to us about the pricing at the Cleveland Bridal show and when we went in the prices were ~$60-$70 higher per tuxedo. The manager then backtracked everything she said, even though we had it in writing and showed it to her. Also, the demonstrations pieces that were at the bridal show were different than what they had for us to try on, the ones they had were much lower quality. After we asked for our deposit back, they said we had to give back a gift card which they gave us at the bridal show and they said was free with showing up to try on tuxedoes for the wedding. Since the gift card was $30 Andy the deposit was only $20 at the bridal show, the manager told us to just keep it, we'd be up $10 and she'd cancel the reservation for tuxedoes. Fast forward 9 months, and a groomsman of mine (who knew we initiallly went with American Commodore) went in and got measured and they charged him over $150, despite the reservation saying it was being canceled. Apparently the manager at this store never actually canceled our reservation and showed us with money due and the everything. I called the District Manager Russ and he was extremely antagaonistic towards me and did nothing to help our situation. My groomsman eventually got his money back, but I wanted to warn everyone that American Commodore is a bait and switch operation that is full of crooks up to the top of the management. I would never recommend them to anyone and would love to see them fail as a company, given more horrendously stressful and deceptive experience with this chain.
